(866) 295-3104. After contacting an Admissions Advisor and submitting your application, please select your area of study and complete the steps required for admission.

MBA Application Checklist
  • Mail or fax your application to the address listed below.
  • Mail your $40 application fee made payable to Benedictine University to the address listed below.
  • Order official, sealed copies of your transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities to be sent to the address listed below.
  • Mail or fax two letters of recommendation from professional references to the address listed below.
  • Mail or fax a copy of your current resume detailing your professional work experience to the address listed below.
  • Mail or fax you Letter of Intent to the address listed below.
  • If you are seeking to waive the GMAT exam requirement, complete the GMAT waiver form and mail or fax to the address listed below. If you have taken a graduate exam in the last five years and wish to use your scores to fulfill the graduate exam requirement, please arrange to have your scores sent to the address below.

MPH Application Checklist

  • Mail or fax your personal statement of professional goals (1-2 pages) to the address listed below.
  • Entrance to the Online MPH program requires submission of scores from a graduate entrance exam. The following graduate entrance exams are acceptable for submission: GRE, MAT, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT. If you have taken a graduate exam in the last five years and wish to use your scores to fulfill the graduate exam requirement, please arrange to have your scores sent to the address listed below.

    The graduate entrance exam requirement can be waived under any of the following conditions:
    • Applicant already possesses an advanced degree from a regionally accredited college or university
    • Applicant undergraduate cumulative grade point average on all college credits attempted is 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale

All graduate entrance exam waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact an Admissions Advisor at (866) 295-3104 to obtain the graduate entrance exam waiver form.

Dual MBA/MPH Application Checklist

  • Mail or fax 2 separate applications, one for the MBA and one for MPH, to the address listed below. To receive the applications for both programs, contact an Admissions Advisor by calling (866) 295-3104.
  • Mail your $40 application fee made payable to Benedictine University to the address listed below.
  • Order official, sealed copies of your transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities to be sent to the address listed below.
  • Mail or fax two letters of recommendation from professional references to the address listed below. Please make sure that your references speak to your qualifications for both the MBA and MPH programs.
  • Mail or fax a copy of your current resume detailing your professional work experience to the address listed below.
  • Mail or fax your personal statement of professional goals (1-2 pages) to the address listed below. Please make sure that your personal statement of professional goals speaks to your qualifications for both the MBA and MPH programs.
